What I do Today
As of 2026, I’ve been working in Product Management for almost 4 years.
Accomplishments:
- Helped launch a new software add-on module to market from early adopter through general availability.
- Helped build out stories for a highly complex, compliance-driven application, analyzing a 200-page document and breaking it down into user stories and functional requirements (BEFORE AI) (this is a NIBRS – National Incident-Based Reporting for Police and Law Enforcement agencies), we had to do this same work for 26 states, which all have different requirements and complexities for their state-specific reporting requirements.
- Supported a rapidly expanding product through its most painful growth period ($2M-$5M ARR), running cross-functional collaboration meetings, managing the backlog, helping write user stories for 8-16 developers, and leading release processes and prioritization across multiple contexts and stakeholders.
- Built out and drove capability expansions across multiple internal initiatives.
- Set up and rolled out an Ideas Portal used across 5 product portfolios to all internal stakeholders and customers.
- Road the rollercoaster of seeing my organization double its revenue ($25M – $50M).
